Backlit Prints are often seen in displays at airports, shopping malls and department stores. Some displays will take an umounted backlit and flatten it through a grip system or plexiglass sandwich. The professional way to handle a backlit graphic is to use an optically clear adhesive and mount it behind a sheet of clear plexiglass. This ensures abolute flatness for the best appearence.We offer backlit prints in 3 grades:

Economy- Backlit print with matte face laminate

Standard- Backlit print with face and back laminate- offers extended life due to uv absorbtion of back laminate

Deluxe- Backlit print with plexiglass face and back laminate.

Ceiling Hangers offer a way to display graphics by attaching them to a ceiling grid. This technique offers an easy, inexpensive way to display information in retail and commercial environments.

We offer a variety of hardware in metal and plastics, with a wide range of sizes, styles and finishes available. Hooks, wires, cables, strings and stretch springs can be used to connect to and suspend from grid ceilings.

Graphics for these devices include single sided, double sided, and laminated, and no-laminate solutions. Also available are fabric and vinyl banner products.

Our standard construction is a 5mil luster laminate over a 7mil paper print with a 5 mil back. They may be used singly or in pairs for one or two sided presentation.

Flexible Graphics are prints mounted to a flexible substrate that may be stretched to a gentle curve, in order to fit a mechanical display system. Unlike Pop-up graphics, they are not meant to be rolled tight for transportation. Often used in retail, architectural or museum installations.

Common substrates include styrene and Sintra (Foamed PVC). By nature, these materials expand and contract with changes in temperature and humidity, so materials must be chosen carefully, and mounting sytems must allow room for movement.

Presentation Boards are meant for one-time events or presentations. Graphics are mounted to low cost foamboard, and may or may not be laminated. We offer presentation boards in three levels of quality to suit your needs:

Economy- unlaminated print mounted to foamcore.
Standard- print mounted to foamboard with an overlaminate
Deluxe- print mounted to foamboard,
both sides laminated to prevent curling.

Rigid Graphics are prints mounted to rigid materials such as Gatorboard or Plexiglass for long term display purposes. Most often they are prepared with a protective overlaminate that provides added beauty to the image as well as additional UV protection. Edges are usually finished with a trim material if the work is not being framed. Occasionally, the images are contour cut as in the example ablove.

Since rigid graphics are very much a custom product, we do not have set categories for them. Here is a list of some of the options available:

Gatorboard thicknesses to 1"
Acrylic thickness to 1/4"
2nd surface mount acrylic, with or without backers
Edge trims to 1/2 " in silver or black
Laminates in gloss. matte. satin or velvet textures.

Stanchion Graphics are specifically made for use in 22x28 stanchion sign frames.
We make them both single and double sided.

We offer stanchion signs in 2 grades:

Single Sided:

Economy- 7 mil paper with 5 mil satin laminate front/ 5mil gloss laminate back. White border edges 1/4" wide are left to enhance lamination. These will be hidden by the frame.

Standard- 7 mil paper with 5 mil velvet laminate front and gloss back laminate.White border edges 1/4" wide are left to enhance lamination. These will be hidden by the frame.

Double Sided:

Economy- 7 mil paper with 3 mil satin laminate front/ 10mil paper back. White border edges 1/4" wide are left to enhance lamination. These will be hidden by the frame.

Standard- 7 mil paper with 5 mil velvet laminate front and 10mil paper back.White border edges 1/4" wide are left to enhance lamination. These will be hidden by the frame.
