The Village at Gulfstream Park decided to relay its history with pictures from the past to decorate its lobby.

Photographer J. Christopher spent hours digitizing the collection of 4x5 black and white negatives taken at the racetrack during the ‘50s.

Because of the original film’s big format, these historic photos enlarged clear and bright to the finished 4’x5’ size.? Prints were made on a Canon IPF 9100 printer, laminated, mounted and framed.

The laminated “photo finish” meant we didn’t need to use glass or plexiglass for protection. That way the photographs get to tell their tale without any distracting reflections.

Many of our customers use our printing services to produce beautiful photographic quality prints. Here's an example of a job we did for JChristopher Photography ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) of Fort Lauderdale, FL. JC carefully photographed the properties constructed by The Marker Group using a trained eye and professional equipment, and came up with some great images. We at digitalMomentum printed the B&W and Color images, which the client framed and tastefully installed in his corporate office.

Leslie Liss

Five years ago Leslie Liss and her husband of 37 years retired to Florida. With dreams of living a leisurely life in paradise, they moved in temporarily with Richie's Mom Bea while choosing an area in which to live. Bea had a lovely home with no artwork on the walls. Leslie, having a degree in advertising art decided to try her hand at painting. One piece led to another and now Bea's house is tastefully appointed with beautiful original pieces painted by Leslie. She has truly created a "paradise" in which they live.

Her style, using acrylics in vibrant colors has a somewhat Caribbean flair. She depicts seaside scenes, fountains, fountains, gardens and charming courtyards. She paints places she's been and some she hasn't. Leslie's artwork would be a beautiful addition to any decor. She has been commissioned to paint for private clients.

Artists Statement

"When paintings have special meaning to both the artist and the owner they become true works of art. My goal is to create images that will speak to you and enhance your home's beauty. You may prefer one of my stylized paintings or commission me to create and original that better expresses your art interests and compliments your home's decor. If you see a painting that has been sold and want something similar, we can collaborate to achieve your desired outcome. "

"I use bold, bright and vibrant colors, translating them into unique compositions. My artwork depicts the seaside, fountains, gardens and charming courtyards. My scenes reflect a "little paradise" with a Caribbean flair and will certainly make you smile. The technique is acrylic media on canvas using both brushes and palette knives."

"My limited edition giclee canvas prints can be used for indoor or outdoor decor, as they will not fade. The colors of my giclee artwork can be modified to a client's or decorator's need. Inquiries for my custom, original acrylic canvas paintings are welcome."
